What I offer
Consistency and accountability in your training, whether for handstands, strength, mobility, or progress on specific skills like press to handstand, handstand pushups, or inversions on aerial apparatuses.
The Process
Video Consult
Set up a video consult to discuss your goals and see if coaching is the right option for you. I am a resource for any questions or issues that pop up in your training.
If you sign up for coaching, the cost of your consultation will go towards the cost of your first coaching session.
Customized Training Plan
You will receive a customized training plan tailored to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. The program can include handbalancing, mobility, strength (upper and lower body), and rehab/prehab as needed.
Video Feedback
Send me videos of each exercise at the beginning of each training phase. Every week I will give you feedback on the exercises you’re submitting which can make all the difference in leveling up your training.
Regular Check-In Video Calls
